All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, which can reduce delivery time to 1-3 business days for most urban locations.

Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through:
- Your order status page in your account
- The shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:
- 7-day return window from the date of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (except for damaged or defective products)
- Custom-tinted paints are non-returnable unless there was a mixing error
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Begin by emailing our customer service team at returns@shivayoginaturalpaints.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the unused products in their original packaging. Include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Options
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- UPI refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Take clear photos of the damaged products and packaging
- Email the photos along with your order number to support@shivayoginaturalpaints.com
- Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for replacement or refund
We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and expedite the replacement process.
