How do I calculate how much paint I need?

As a general rule, one liter of paint typically covers approximately 100-120 square feet (9-11 square meters) with a single coat. For accurate calculations, measure the length and width of each wall, multiply to get the area, and divide by the coverage rate of the specific paint. We recommend purchasing an extra 10% to account for touch-ups and spillage.

What is the drying time for your paints?

Drying times vary by product type and environmental conditions. Generally, our water-based paints are touch-dry in 30 minutes to 1 hour and can be recoated after 4-6 hours. Oil-based products typically take longer, requiring 8-24 hours between coats. Specific drying times are mentioned on individual product labels.

What are your shipping charges?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for urban areas and 5-7 business days for remote locations. For expedited delivery options, additional charges may apply. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future. For international customers requiring our products, please contact our customer service for special arrangements.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Custom-tinted paints cannot be returned unless there was a mixing error on our part. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Refunds page for complete information.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damaged or defective products.

What if I receive damaged products?

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
